Join Small Business Majority and Equality Healthcare for a presentation on implementing a wellness program at your small business! For small business owners who often work with the same people for years, employees feel like family, and programs that benefit their health can be a win-win for employees and businesses.

This presentation will provide examples of easy and affordable wellness programs that can benefit the health of your business, and tips for implementing a program and enticing your employees to participate. We’ll discuss how making simple changes like encouraging healthy eating and providing stress management education can make a big difference in improving your workplace wellness.
Presentation topics include:

  • What is a wellness program?
  • Types of wellness programs
  • Best practices for starting a wellness program
  • Resources for implementing a program at your business
