Joseph Graham Jr. is a Keynote Speaker passionate about “inspiring minds and transforming lives” and CEO of Equity On Everything, LLC, a professional development consulting firm that partners with K-12 schools to increase academic outcomes. Through his business, Joseph partners with universities and colleges to increase student enrollment, retention & graduation rates, and partners with businesses to increase talent acquisition. He is a Faith and Mental Health Coach and author of the book ”Light Up: A Guide for How to Balance Faith and Mental Health,” which provides inspirational Life Keys to overcome mental health challenges from his personal experience and victories.

He coaches leaders who desire transformation for their mental and physical health. He also uses his inspirational Life Keys to partner with businesses and institutions seeking to build a wellness-oriented workplace environment. He was chosen to be featured in the first-ever U.S. Congress Committee for Economic Disparity and Fairness in Growth Documentary: "Grit and Grace: The Fight for the American Dream." The documentary has been featured in the Washington Post, the N.Y. Times, MSNBC, TMZ and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte via articles acknowledging his work as a pastor and student on the UNC Charlotte campus.

As a pastor, Joseph started an outreach program at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he has mentored thousands of students for more than two decades. He now uses the Road to Damascus What’s Next Community Outreach Program 501(c)(3) to provide educational and employment opportunities to low income households. Joseph is also a professor at the UNC Charlotte campus and is recognized as a forward thinker with over 25 years of experience in social mobility and wellness.
